P&O Ferries have released an updated statement about their Vehicle Booking System in Teesport; 

A quick reminder regarding the Vehicle Booking System (VBS) in Teesport. 

PD Ports have lauched their Vehicle Booking System (VBS). As of 1st July 2019 it will be a requirement to have a valid VBS appointment to access the Teesport terminals.

All customers must register, or ensure their hauliers have the necessary authority to manage and plan their own VBS bookings. 

All unit bookings must be linked to a truck appointment, which needs to be made throuhg the VBS. 

If you do not have a valid booking and appointment, or your information does not match the records, you will be asked to exit the terminal, and resolve the issue with your office.
